We are two frontend engineers who spent years shipping interfaces for banks, architects, coffee chains and startups. Codion is where we do that work under our own name, and where we build the products we wanted to exist.

Listen
We start with the problem, the people who will use the product and what done looks like. You talk to the two of us from the first call.

Shape
We agree on scope, architecture and a plan in plain language, then show early prototypes instead of long documents.

Build
We work in short cycles with a preview link you can open at any time. The people who planned it are the people writing it.

Ship
We launch, measure and tidy up. After release we stay around for the next round of work.
